Privacy policy

What we collect

• Account info: your email address and profile details when you create an AIE Signal, member or artist account.
• Membership and payment info: when you subscribe or buy something, payment is handled by Stripe. We receive your name, email, billing country/ZIP and subscription status. We never see or store your full card number.
• Merch orders: your name, shipping address, email and order details, which we share with Printful to print and ship your order.
• Forms: what you send through the contact/submission form (name, email, reason, project name, links, creator type, message) and release-alert signups (email and the page you signed up from).
• Music and media uploaded by artists through their dashboard.
• Basic site analytics (pages visited, device type, country) to understand how the site is used.

How we use it

To run your account and membership, process payments and orders, send order and account emails, send release alerts you asked for, answer messages, and post release and order announcements in the AIE Discord (announcements don't include personal contact or payment info). We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we don't build advertising profiles.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run the site: Stripe (payments), Printful (merch fulfillment), our hosting and database provider, our email provider, and Discord (announcements). Each handles data under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Account and order records are kept while your account is active and as long as needed for tax and accounting. Release-alert emails are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from release alerts using the link in any email. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal information at any time by emailing questions@aiemusic.com. We'll respond within 30 days.

Children

The site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date above.
