Using this site
This site exists to share Alienated Individuals Entertainment music, artists, and releases. Use it for personal, non-commercial listening and discovery.
Music and artwork
All recordings, artwork, artist names, logos, and copy on this site belong to their respective creators and rights holders. Streaming a track here does not grant you a licence to download, re-upload, remix, sample, sync, or redistribute it. Ask first — we answer.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, scrape at scale, overload, or gain unauthorised access to any part of this site, and do not use the forms to send unlawful, hateful, or infringing material.
Label uploads
Upload tools are restricted to label administrators. Anyone uploading audio confirms they hold the rights to that recording and to the artwork shown with it.
Submissions
Sending us music or other work is covered by our Submission Terms.
Memberships and subscriptions
AIE Amplify, AIE Spotlight and AIE Signal+ are subscriptions that renew automatically at the price shown when you signed up (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. Stripe charges your payment method at the start of each billing period. Amplify and Spotlight members who join by Dec 31, 2026 keep their launch price for as long as they stay subscribed. We'll give you notice before any other price change takes effect for your subscription.
Cancelling
Cancel anytime online from your member dashboard (Manage billing) or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for. Only the original roster's $20/month founding rate carries a three-month minimum; AIE Amplify, AIE Spotlight and AIE Signal+ have no minimum term.
Roster minimum term
The original roster's $20/month founding rate has a three-month minimum term from the first payment. You can cancel during that time, but cancelling takes effect after the third paid month. AIE Amplify, AIE Spotlight and AIE Signal+ have no minimum term and can be cancelled anytime; access runs to the end of the paid period. Full details are on our Roster Minimum page.
Refunds
Membership fees are non-refundable for periods already started, except where required by law. If you're charged in error, email us within 30 days and we'll make it right. Merch refunds follow our Shop Policies.
Artist distribution
AIE Distribution is optional. Where you choose it, AIE keeps 15% of net profit (after distribution fees) from those releases and pays the rest quarterly, one quarter behind, with a sales report. You keep your masters and publishing.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.
No warranty
The site is provided as-is. Release dates, availability, and links can change, and third-party platforms can go down without notice.
