Submission terms
Plain terms for anyone sending work to Alienated Individuals Entertainment. By using the contact and submission form, you agree to what is written on this page.
- 01
You keep your ownership
Submitting work to AIE does not transfer ownership of it. You keep every right you had in your music, lyrics, artwork, and recordings before you sent them.
- 02
No guarantee of review or response
Submitting does not guarantee that your work will be reviewed, that you will receive a response, or that AIE will offer representation, signing, or a release. We read what we can, when we can.
- 03
Nothing is agreed until it is agreed in writing
Any release, feature, or representation only exists once both sides agree to it in writing. A submission, a reply, or a conversation is not a deal.
- 04
AI-assisted work is welcome — disclose it truthfully
AI-assisted, AI-created, organic, and hybrid work are all welcome here. You must describe how your work was made truthfully, including which parts used AI tools and which are human-performed.
- 05
You must have the right to submit
Only send work you have the rights to. That means you own or control the recording, composition, and artwork, and you have cleared any samples, features, or third-party material inside it.
- 06
Do not send confidential material
Treat a submission as an introduction, not a vault. Send links and finished or near-finished work; do not send anything you need kept secret.
