Who it applies to
Only roster deals (Founding Artists) have a three-month minimum. AIE Amplify, AIE Spotlight and AIE Signal+ have no minimum — cancel whenever you like.
How the three-month minimum works
The minimum starts with your first payment. You can request cancellation at any time, but it takes effect after your third paid month. After that, cancel anytime.
Cancelling
Cancel online from your member dashboard (Manage billing) or email us. Cancelling stops future renewals, and your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Refunds
Membership fees are non-refundable for periods already started, except where required by law. If you were charged in error, email us within 30 days and we'll make it right. Merch refunds follow our Shop Policies.
